Our fee is calculated as a percentage of the total booking revenue before expenses. For example, if your property generates $5,000 in a month with our Standard plan, our fee would be $1,250 (25%).

While many property managers charge 30-40%, our tiered structure offers better value based on your property's performance and needs. We also don't add markups on services like cleaning or maintenance.

When do I receive my rental income?

We process payments to owners by the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings. Your statement will clearly show all income, expenses, and our management fee.
